What is User name , Password and Profile ID ?

A User Name is same as your email id and Password is a unique combination of
an alphabets ,Special Characters and digits number To identify you uniquely,
a Profile ID with Password is assigned to you when you register with us and
sent to you by email . This Profile ID is to be referred in all
correspondence with Supremeshaadi.com

Where I use User Name and Password ?

While Finding a member on http://www.supremeshaadi.com when you want to send
message to any selected member, system will ask you about your identity .Then
you have to fill User Name And Password .

In the bottom of the Home Page ,Under the "Member Login" section, enter your
"User name" and "Password" in the respective boxes and Click on the "Login"
button to login to your account.

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot Password"
link to retrieve the same.

Why am I not able to login or why is the message "User and Password does not
match or Both may does not exist. Please try Again" being displayed?

The password or Email Id you have entered might be wrong. Alternatively you
might be having the
CAPS LOCK "On". Please check whether the password is entered in the correct
case (Upper or Lower)


Please ensure that there are no spaces in the Password  typed. For e.g., it
should be A123456 not A 1234 56



The E-mail ID you are using to login must be the same one with which you had
registered on the website. Alternate E-mail IDs which you may possess will
not function.

Can I choose my own Password?
Every Password is unique and is allocated by the system. You can  choose
your own Password after receiving  system generated Password.



I'm registering for my sister/brother and me. Can we both have the same
Password ?

A Password identifies each person uniquely but you can use same email for
both . Please register separate profiles for you and your sibling .
